Sourcing & Handover

A curated shopping board with direct links, at the budget you set
Designer, boutique and retail guidance, including what isn’t worth the money
A look-by-look reference you can hand your photographer and artists
Outfit sequencing and a change plan for each day

Styling the wedding party, your parents and families, being with you on the day, and in-person shopping days can be added, so you choose who and how much. This covers what everyone wears. It does not include décor, florals or venue design, though I’ll happily brief your decorator so the two match.

Most of my couples are planning more than one day. Each package covers exactly what its scope says. Haldi, mehndi, sangeet, a separate-day reception, or a second venue on the same day are quoted on top of the package, so you pay for the days you need me on the ground and nothing else. Above 200 guests, a second coordinator joins me for those functions.

Signature Coordination with Wedding Styling. The pairing most couples land on. Styling starts months out, when the outfits are being chosen. Coordination starts six weeks out, when the vendors need one voice. Booked together, they come as one quote and one person across both.
