How it works

The first week

A planning session within seven days of booking. From it, the plan of the wedding as it stands: every function, the budget as it is, every open decision with its date, and a shortlist for each vendor still to book.

Until the wedding

A call every month, and a meeting for every vendor we book together. The design of each function, carried through the rooms, the flowers and the outfits, and the decorator briefed to it. Every contract negotiated and read before you sign. Any question, any time.

The last two weeks

The quarter-hour timeline for every function, shared with every vendor. Both families briefed on where to be and when. Every venue walked with you, every vendor confirmed.

On the day

Our team at every function, from the first delivery to the last guest. Everything that was agreed is what arrives, and the two of you are in your wedding rather than running it.
