The first planning session within seven days of booking, in person or on a call wherever you are. From it, the whole wedding on a page: every function, the guest count, the budget set and divided, and the venue shortlist with dates held.
The venues booked. The design of the wedding, one palette carried through every function, agreed with you before any vendor is chosen. The vendor team built from our list, each one met, negotiated and contracted.
A call every two weeks, and we are in every vendor meeting. The budget kept, every payment tracked. Both families walked through the plan as it grows. For a wedding away from home, we travel ahead of you; the planning happens with us there, not with you.
The timeline for the whole wedding week, shared with every vendor. Every venue walked, every vendor confirmed, every family member told where to be and when. Guests looked after from arrival to departure.
Our team at every function, in every room, from the first delivery of the first day to the last guest of the last. Everything designed is what you see. Nothing reaches you.
