Yes, that is most of what we do. Haldi, mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception, across different venues and different start times, with two families getting ready in two different houses. A multi-day celebration is not a longer wedding; it is several weddings that have to feel like one.
Planning starts eight or nine months out and builds the wedding with you: vendors, budget, design, timeline. Month-of coordination starts six to eight weeks out, once your vendors are already booked, and turns them into a team that moves together. Day-of coordination, which we call Wedding Day Direction, is the last week or two: you have planned everything yourself and need someone who is not you answering the questions on the day.
Couples who care more about how the day is experienced than how much is crammed into it. Families where two sets of traditions have to sit beside each other without either one being flattened. People who would rather hear something true in month two than discover it in week ten.
Yes, and most couples do. Planning or coordination, wedding styling, and the e-shoot come as one quote, one contract and one team. Tick everything that applies on the inquiry form and it is one conversation from there.
For planning, eight to nine months before your first function. For coordination, two to three months. For day direction, a month. For e-shoot styling, as soon as your photographer is booked, because outfits take longer to source than most couples expect. That said, if your date is sooner, ask anyway.
Yes. Bhoomi is the one who has been with you the whole time, and Bhoomi is the one who is there. For larger celebrations, or when two functions overlap, a second coordinator joins her. You will not be handed to someone you have never met.
Yes. It is added for the people you choose, rather than folded into the couple’s package, so you decide exactly who it covers. Most couples add their parents, or the few people standing closest to them in photographs.
No. Our styling is for the people, not the room. We will brief your decorator so the two match, and within the planning packages we set the design direction the whole celebration follows, but the installing and the florals belong to a décor team.
No, and we would rather say so plainly than half-do it. What we will do is recommend artists worth your money, help you source and book them, and hand them a clear reference so the hair and makeup work with your outfit instead of fighting it.
Yes. Toronto and the GTA are home. Anywhere further, including Niagara, Hamilton and destination celebrations, is quoted with travel included so there are no surprises.
It is the concept for your engagement or pre-wedding shoot, decided before anyone buys anything: what the two of you wear, in what order, what is around you, and how all of it looks together against the places you are shooting in. Most couples can picture one outfit. Two people, three outfits, three locations and a set is where the wrong colour or the clash you cannot see from inside your own wardrobe shows up. These photographs go on your invitations, your walls and your screens for years.
Yes. Styling has no culture attached to it. Two people, a location and a few outfits is the same problem whether the e-shoot is in Yorkville or on a farm in Caledon, and whether the wedding after it is one day or four. Fusion couples are a large part of who we work with, because the e-shoot has to hold both of your worlds in one picture.
No. Whichever vendors you have already chosen for the day are who we work with and manage. We are happy to be introduced to ones you are still deciding on. The job is to make your team work, and never to move you to ours.
It is the normal starting point. That is what the mood board is for. You react to pictures rather than describe something you have not seen. Almost nobody arrives knowing; the ones who think they do usually change their mind once they see it laid out.
