A quarter-hour timeline built back from the end of the night and shared with every vendor. A walkthrough of the venue, floor plan to lighting. Seating checked against the final count. Your family briefed on where to be, and when.
Coordination covers every ceremony and the reception, and any other function in your wedding week that needs the team on the floor. On each of them we are there from the first delivery to the last guest: every setup overseen, every question answered away from you, every cue called on time. You are a guest at your own wedding.
Your venue’s coordinator looks after the venue. We look after you.
Wedding Month Management is the latest point we can join a wedding. If yours is still to be planned, or the look is still to be decided, that is Planning and Design, and they begin earlier.
