A retainer holds your date and the agreement follows for both our signatures. The fee is quoted for your wedding, and the balance is due a month before the first function.
A destination wedding, a year to eighteen months before your first function. Wedding Planning and Design, four to nine months. Wedding Month Management, four to eight weeks. Wedding design, two to five months. The e-shoot, two to four weeks before the shoot. If your date is sooner, ask anyway.
Yes. Bhoomi is with you from the first call to the last guest, with the team on the floor.
Yes. Toronto and the GTA are home. Anywhere further, including Niagara, Muskoka and destination weddings, is quoted with travel included. We work in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
A planner starts nine months to a year out and builds the wedding with you: vendors, budget, design, timeline. A month-of coordinator starts six to eight weeks out, once your vendors are booked, and turns them into a team. Both run the wedding week itself.

No, that is where most planning begins. We take stock of what is booked, build the budget and the calendar around it, and bring in what is still missing. Nothing you have done is undone.
Yes, and the two work well together. The venue coordinator looks after the room, the kitchen and the service. We look after you: your family, every vendor, the whole day. Most venues are glad to have us there.
Yes, in every planning package: payment dates, overtime clauses and what happens if a vendor cancels.
We find the replacement and manage the handover. On the day, vendor questions come to us.
Not with our own hands. We design the look, help you choose the decorator, florist and artists, and brief each of them so everything matches. On the day we are there for the setup and while you are getting ready, checking that what was agreed is what arrives.
